Collection of Examination Questions for Driving Licence on the Ministry of Transport Website

Press Office reports that there is an updated collection of examination questions for driving licence on the Ministry of Transport Website (www.transport.gov.pl and www.mt.gov.pl). New examination questions will be valid, including the issues of first aid and dipped headlights when the Act amending the Road Traffic Act comes into force; and regarding driving time limits from 11 April 2007 on.
At the beginning of 2007, based on the Polish Resuscitation Council guidelines, the Ministry of Transport drafted the amendment to the examination questions in the area of the first aid.
With reference to the Act of 7 March 2007 amending the Road Traffic Act, the Ministry drafted the amendment to the examination questions in the area of dimmed headlights.
From 11 April 2007, when Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 comes into force, there will be new rules for driver’s records and hours.
The amendment to the examination questions is comprised of:
• driving licence – Category B (full vehicle licence) – 2 questions in the area of dimmed headlights and 23 questions of the first aid,
• driving licence – Category C (lorries) – 2 questions in the area of drivers’ records and hours, and 23 questions of the first aid (the same as above),
• driving licence – Category D (buses) – 2 questions in the area of drivers’ records and hours, and 23 questions of the first aid (the same as above).
