The Ministry of Infrastructure informs that the Directorate General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the European Commission (DG MARE) launched an open call for tenders to conclude a service contract for a study on the drivers for sustainable growth from the oceans, seas and coastal regions and maritime sectors.
The study aims to identify future sources of sustainable growth and employment based on marine resources (living and non-living), scientific or economic activities in established, emerging or future maritime sectors and in the coastal regions.

The Ministry of Infrastructure kindly invites all interested parties to get involved in the programme. Tenders must be submitted no later than 25 August 2010.
