10:55After Director General of the Polish Post Zbigniew Niezgoda tendered his resignation, Minister of Transport Jerzy Polaczek took advice of the Council of the Polish Post and recalled Zbigniew Niezgoda from his post. At the same time, the Minister thanked the Director for his almost one and half a year job and expressed his hope that he would work for the good of the Polish Post and the whole country.

13:22It was Minister of Transport Jerzy Polaczek who initiated reductions in telecommunications service expenses of public administration for the first time, and therefore all the ministries, central offices and other state entities were examined in Poland. Consequently, as Joint Telecommunications Service Subscription (JTSS) system was introduced, total amount of telecommunication savings in public administration may come up to 65 mln PLN in the first three consecutive budget years.
