Department for Facility Regulations II conducts administrative proceedings and calls on behalf of the Minister in lawsuit and common courts of law in the field of construction, spatial development and housing under the following provisions:
1) the act on special principles for preparation and implementation of public road investments – within the competence of the minister for construction, spatial development and housing as regards location of investments and permits for their implementation;
2) the act on investment in the liquefied natural gas terminal in Świnoujście – within the competence of the minister for construction, spatial development and housing as regards location of investment in the terminal;
3) the act on special principles of preparation for implementation of flood resilient structures and permits for their implementation;
4) the spatial development act, as regards:
a) spatial development and construction terms,
b) agreement for a draft decision on spatial development and construction terms.
5) the act on preparation and implementation of nuclear power facilities and related investments, regarding the location of investment in the construction of nuclear power facilities as an organ of a higher degree;
6) the act on preparation of UEFA EURO 2012 European Football Championship, as regards the location of investment EURO 2012;
7) the railway transport act, as regards the location of railway lines;
8) the act on the special rules for preparation and implementation of public-use airports, as regards the location of public-use airports;
9) the act on supporting the development of telecommunication services and networks, regarding regional location of broadband internet as a board of appeal.
