1. The Department of Facility Management Regulations keeps administrative procedures by way of supervision, within the competence of the minister for construction, spatial development and hosuing, seizure or expropriation of real estate for the public good, especially on the basis of:
1) the decree on the abandoned and deserted real estate;
2) the decree on the demolition and renovation of the buildings destroyed and damaged during war;
3) the decree on the ownership and use of the grounds inWarsaw;
4) the decree on the deserted real estate by Germans during war;
5) the decree on the real estate distributed by the state within the Free City of Gdańsk and Regained Lands;
6) the decree on the expropriation of real estate occupied for public good in 1939-1945;
7) the decree on the acquisition and conveyance of real estate indispensable to implement national economic plans;
8) the decree on the completing and adding a superstructure to dwelling houses;
9) the act on the commemoration of the Polish Nation and other Nations in Majdanek;
10) the act on the legal status of of real estate under state administration;
11) the act on the form and rules of real estate expropriation;
12) the act on the one-family housing grounds in cities and housing estates;
13) the act on the building renovation and restoration;
14) the act on the building grounds in rural areas;
15) the act on the ground management in cities and housing estates;
16) the act on the one-family and farm housing grounds, and real estate division in cities and housing estates;
2. The Department keeps administrative revocatory procedures, within the competence of the minister for construction, spatial development and housing as appelate body, regarding the matters considered on the basis of:
1) the act amending the act on research and development centres;
2) the act on the real estate management;
3) the act on the public administration;
4) the act on the commercialisation, restructuring and privatisation of State Enterprise „Polish Railways”;
5) the act on the special rules for preparation and implementation of public road projects;
6) the act on the higher education law;
7) the act amending the act on the State Enterprise of Public Utility „Poczta Polska”;
8) the act on the preparation for EURO 2012 - within the competence of the minister for construction, spatial development and housing;
9) the railway transport act;
10) the act on the restructuring steel metallurgy;
11) the act on the liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Świnoujście;
12) the act on special rules for preparation and implementation of investment in civil airports;
13) the act on special rules for preparation and implementation of investment in flood resilient structures;
14) the act on strategic reserves;
15) the act preparation and implementation of investment in nuclear energy facilities and related projects;
16) the broadcasting act.

3. The Department calls on behalf of the minister conducts administrative proceedings regarding the damages specified in 1. and 2. within the competence of the minister for construction, spatial development and housing;
4. The Department performs secretarial duties, and especially returns the used files to due entities and offices.
