Between 9 and 10 December 2010, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Anna Wypych-Namiotko took part in bilateral negotiations to discuss the draft agreement on maritime transport between Poland and Georgia.

Between 8 and 9 December 2010 in Vilnius (Lithuania), Secretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Tadeusz Jarmuzieiwcz took part in the second session of the Baltic Functional Airspace Block Initiative (Baltic FAB).

On 6 December 2010, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Magdalena Gaj met with Russia’s Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications Igor Schegolev to discuss a Memorandum of Understanding between Poland and Russia on Cooperation in Telecommunications and Post, signed the same day by Minister of Infrastructure Cezary Grabarczyk.

6 December 2010, Minister of Infrastructure Cezary Grabarczyk and Russian Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications Igor Schegolev signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Poland Russia on Cooperation in Telecommunications and Post during Russian President Dmitrij Medvedev’s visit to Poland.

On 6 December 2010, Minister of Infrastructure Cezary Grabarczyk and Russian Minister of Transport Igor Levitin signed agreements on maritime transport in the Baltic as well as the Vistula Lagoon, and a promise to combat pollution there.

On 3 December 2010, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Anna Wypych-Namiotko took part in a conference devoted to the Baltic motorway of the sea: Gdynia - Karlskrona. The meeting was organised on the train travelling from Alvesta to Karlskrona in Sweden.

2 December 2010, Minister of Infrastructure Cezary Grabarczyk and Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Maciej Jankowski took part in the session of the EU Transport, Telecommunications and Energy Council in Brussels.

High-speed railway in Poland from Warsaw through Łódź to Poznań and Wrocław, and modernisation of the Central Railway Line are an integral part of the EU regional development policy - said Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Juliusz Engelhardt opening a seminary on Japanese high-speed railway technologies. He found training railway operating staff one of the most promising segment of cooperation between Japan and Poland.

On 25-26 November 2010, the transport ministers of the Visegrad Group met in Stara Lesna (Slovakia). Poland was represented by Minister of Infrastructure Cezary Grabarczyk and Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Infrastructure Maciej Jankowski.
