Collection of Examination Questions for Driving Licence on the Ministry of Transport Website

12:37Press Office reports that there is an updated collection of examination questions for driving licence on the Ministry of Transport Website (www.transport.gov.pl and www.mt.gov.pl). New examination questions will be valid, including the issues of first aid and dipped headlights when the Act amending the Road Traffic Act comes into force; and regarding driving time limits from 11 April 2007 on.

10:54On 28 March 2007, President of the Republic of Poland signed the Act of 7 March 2007, amending the Road Traffic Act, on Dipped Headlights On All Year. The Act shall come into force on the fourteenth day after its publication in the Journal of Laws.

On 26 March 2007, Minister of Transport Jerzy Polaczek, during his visit on Motorway A1: Sośnica – Bełk, thrusted a first symbolic shovel into the earth over the construction site. The Minister also met with the management of the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), Katowice Branch, and representatives of the contractor, J&P – Avax JSC. 10:53After Director General of the Polish Post Zbigniew Niezgoda tendered his resignation, Minister of Transport Jerzy Polaczek took advice of the Council of the Polish Post and recalled Zbigniew Niezgoda from his post. At the same time, the Minister thanked the Director for his almost one and half a year job and expressed his hope that he would work for the good of the Polish Post and the whole country.
